PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform retransmission control of uplink data transmitted by a user device between base stations in a mobile communication system comprising a first base station and a second base station that communicate with a user device by carrier aggregation between base stations.SOLUTION: A retransmission control method in a mobile communication system includes: a transfer step of a first base station receiving uplink data from a user device, holding the uplink data in a buffer, and transferring the uplink data to a second base station; a report step of the second base station reporting the reception state of the uplink data transferred by the first base station to the first base station; and a retransmission step of the first base station learning uplink data that is not delivered to the second base station on the basis of the reception state reported by the second base station and retransmitting the uplink data to the second base station.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
