PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil transformer where the entire transformer body is cooled uniformly.SOLUTION: To the outer peripheral surface of a winding 5a arranged at one longitudinal end of a transformer body 1 produced by winding the windings 5a, 5b around the legs 4a, 4b of an iron core 4, and the outer peripheral surface of the winding 5b arranged at the other longitudinal end of the transformer body, a plurality of insulating guide plates 20, extending in a direction inclining for the axial direction of respective windings, are fixed while being arranged in the axial direction of respective windings. By these guide plates 20, a secondary convection of insulation oil 3 is generated to flow in a direction inclining for the vertical direction, and replacement of the insulation oil 3 on the outside of the windings 5a, 5b, arranged at both longitudinal ends of the transformer body 1 is promoted by this secondary convection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
