PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof plug 2 having sufficient immunity to a load applied in any other direction than a length direction of a plug pin 20, and a cord 1 with the waterproof plug.SOLUTION: The waterproof plug includes: a plug pin 20 and a ground terminal 30 to be connected with a plurality of covered conductors 13 in a wire cord 10 covering the covered conductors 13 with an insulation coating body 12; a wire accommodation part 3 including a plurality of plug insertion holes 67 into which the plug pin 20 and the ground terminal 30 are loosely inserted, in the length direction of the plug pin 20 and including a wire lead-out port 71 having an inner diameter equal to an outer diameter of the wire cord 10 in an opposite-side end of the plug insertion holes 67 in the length direction; and a terminal cover 50 of a hollow columnar body of which both the ends are open. The terminal cover 50 is integrally formed from a main body cylinder part 51 surrounding the plug pin 20 and an accommodation part cover 53 surrounding the side of the wire accommodation part 3, and an inner peripheral surface of the accommodation part cover 53 and an outer peripheral surface of the wire accommodation part 3 are abutted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
