PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float type check valve capable of switching between a function for preventing only a reverse flow and a function for preventing the reverse flow while shutting off movement of gas.SOLUTION: A float type check valve 1 includes: an annular valve seat 6; a foat 9; a guide member 7; energizing means 10; and a switch mechanism. The annular valve seat is opened in a vertical direction, and communicates an upstream side and a downstream side of a drain system. The float closes the annular valve seat by closing an opening thereof, and opens the annular valve seat by opening the opening thereof. The guide member guides the vertical movement of the float. The energizing means supports the float lowered to a lower limit position and energizes the float upward. The switch mechanism switches a relative position of the annular valve seat and the energizing means between a first relative position in which the float is held by the annular valve seat and the energizing means so as to close the annular valve seat and a second relative position in which the float is floated and lowered in the vertical direction in accordance with raising and lowering of a water level of drain so as to open and close the annular valve seat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
