PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blades 15 and partition walls 10 from wearing in a rotating knife type meat grinder.SOLUTION: A spacer ring 16 is arranged between the respective partition walls 10 around the blades 15. The spacer ring 16 has a width W larger than that of the blades 15. Therefore, the distance between the partition walls 10 is held by the spacer ring 16, and the blades 15 do not come into contact with the partition walls 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
