Disclosed are a two-dimensional spectroscopy system and a spectroscopic analysis method. The disclosed two-dimensional spectroscopy system comprises: a light transfer delay part which divides a first pulse light into a plurality of first pulse lights, and makes relative time delays between the divided first pulse lights; a reactive pulse wave generating part which has a wavelength band where a sample to be analyzed reacts using the divided pulse lights inputted at time intervals, generating a plurality of reactive pulse waves having the relative time delay to irradiate the sample with the reactive pulse waves; an optical reader pulse array forming part which forms a reader pulse array by dividing a second pulse light into a plurality of areas having different time delays from each other, and is spatially divided; and a reading part which reads the signal generated from a sample when the sample is irradiated with the reactive pulse waves by overlapping the sample with the reader pulse array.
