Provided are a 18-crown-6 ether derivative compound which is a novel chelate ligand for supercritical extraction, a preparation method thereof, and a metal extraction method using the same. According to the present invention, a supercritical fluid and a 18-crown-6 ether derivative can be used to extract metal components, particularly cesium, in radioactive contaminants or radioactive wastes with an environment-friendly manner at low costs.
