PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured image pickup device capable of preventing generation of stress damage on a light-receiving layer.SOLUTION: The image pickup device has a laminate structure 20 including: a first electrode 21, a light-receiving layer 23 formed over the first electrode 21, and a second electrode 22 formed over the light-receiving layer 23. Between the light-receiving layer 23 and the second electrode 22, from the light-receiving layer side, a single layer of first buffer layer 24 and a single layer of first buffer layer 25 are formed of an amorphous organic material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
