摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator which can supply nano-level mist containing ozone and OH radicals to a vegetable chamber, even for a refrigerator in which the vegetable chamber is in the middle, and which has high reliability.SOLUTION: A refrigerator is configured in such a manner that an application electrode 35 of an atomizer 34 is cooled by a Peltier device 37, and a control unit 48 of the atomizer 34 conducts electricity to the Peltier device 37 and cools the application electrode 35, and then it applies a high voltage to the application electrode. Thereby, even when a storage chamber above a vegetable chamber is not a storage chamber of a freezing temperature zone such as a freezing chamber and the like, the application electrode of the atomizer can allow surrounding water vapor to condense and can discharge nano-level mist containing OH radicals and the like. Furthermore, in this atomizer, when the application electrode performs electric discharge, dew condensation water is attached to the application electrode and empty discharge is not performed, so that wear of the application electrode due to empty discharge is suppressed and the service life can be prolonged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
