PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation plan creation device and an operation plan creation method of a heat source plant, capable of quickly creating an optimal operation plan of a heat source plant for supplying cold water or warm water to a consumer such as a building or a factory from a plurality of heat source devices while utilizing a heat storage tank.SOLUTION: An operation plan creation device of a heat source plant allocates a heat storage amount until reaching a heat storage capacity of a heat storage tank from an ascending order of operation cost per supply energy in each time zone of each heat source device, and creates an operation plan of each heat source device in a heat storage plan period; and allocates a heat radiation amount until reaching a heat storage capacity of a heat storage tank from a descending order of operation cost per supply energy in each time zone of each heat source device, and creates an operation plan of each heat source device in a heat radiation plan period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
