PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid heating device including a structure suitable to heat a liquid with a near infrared radiation lamp.SOLUTION: A fluid heating device includes a near infrared radiation lamp 21 radiating near infrared ray, and a metal-based heating part 31. The metal-based heating part 31 includes a pipe part 32, and a spiral light reception and reflection part 37 provided on the outer periphery of the pipe part. The pipe part 32 is arranged in the upper part and lower part of the near infrared radiation lamp 21, respectively. With near infrared ray radiated from the near infrared radiation lamp 21, the pipe part 32 and the light reception and reflection part 37 are heated. By passing liquid through the pipe part 32, the liquid is heated, and by flowing gas to the outside of the pipe part 32, the gas is heated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
