PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve smooth opening/closing or to make a gap in a bent portion small, in the one which increases an opening area of a suction port by a front panel opening/closing by bending.SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes: a housing in which an air suction port is provided on the front surface; a bendable movable front panel having a first panel, a second panel and a panel connection part for connecting the first panel and the second panel; and a panel drive mechanism for driving the movable front panel. The panel drive mechanism part has: a first arm for performing an arc action; a second arm connected to the movable front panel; an arm connection part for connecting the first arm and the second arm; and a guide part for guiding a guide reception part provided at the second arm and having a shape curved downward to the front.
