POLYOLEFIN-BASED FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN LAMINATE SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based fiber-reinforced resin laminate sheet which causes no delamination, is light-weight, has a high physical strength against flexure, has an inexpensive cost, has a stereoscopic effect and decorative appearance, and can integrate components by injection molding; and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A polyolefin-based fiber-reinforced laminate sheet (8) includes textile layers (3a and 3b) laminated on both surfaces of a core layer (1) through adhesive layers (2a and 2b). The core layer (1) is a homopolymer type polypropylene (HPP). The textile layers (3a and 3b) are formed of a thread containing a composite fiber which contains polypropylene as a first component and contains a polyolefin component having a lower melting point than that of the first core component as a second component. The adhesive layers (2a and 2b) are heat-fusible polyolefin-based films. A cover layer (7) is laminated on one surface of the textile layers (3a and 3b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
