The present invention relates to a chassis transfer apparatus and a chassis transfer method using the same which can adjust a radius of curvature of a chassis which is a target transfer object. According to the present invention, the chassis transfer apparatus comprises: an upper frame; a lower frame which faces the upper frame, is separated from the upper frame, and has a curved seating surface formed on an upper end thereof, on which a chassis having a first radius of curvature is seated; a rail unit mounted on a lower end of the upper frame; and a transfer unit comprising a moving unit which is mounted on the rail unit to be slid in a left and a right direction and vertically moves between the upper frame and the lower frame, a body unit mounted on the moving unit, and a plurality of curvature radius adjustment units wherein one ends thereof are mounted on the body unit and the other ends thereof adhere to the chassis to modify the chassis to a second radius of curvature. The curvature radius adjustment units each comprises: a first curvature radius adjustment unit mounted and fixed on the body unit; and a second curvature radius adjustment unit mounted on the body unit to be moved in a vertical direction.
