PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine integrated controller which inhibits a rotary electric machine and a control circuit board from being heated to a high temperature and eases arrangement limitations of a control unit.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine integrated controller 100 includes: a rotary electric machine 200; a control unit 300; and a cooling fan 400. The rotary electric machine 200 has: a stator 210; a rotor 230; and a shaft 220. The control unit 300 has: a power element 312; a control circuit board 320 which controls driving of the power element 312; and a housing 330 which houses the control circuit board 320 in an internal space. The cooling fan 400 is disposed at one end of the shaft 220 and rotates with the shaft 220 to generate cooling air for cooling the control unit 300. The housing 330 is disposed at the opposite side of the rotary electric machine 200 in an axial direction of the shaft 220 with respect to the cooling fan 400.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
