PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor relay that can perform BBM operation and can be configured in a smaller size.SOLUTION: A semiconductor relay 10A has a first MOSFET 1, a first control circuit 2, a second MOSFET 3, a second control circuit 4 and a power generation device 5. Each of the first control circuit 2 and the second control circuit 4 is set to a high impedance state when the power generation device 5 generates power, and set to a low impedance state when the power generation device 5 extinguishes power. An impedance element 23 is connected between a pair of input terminals of the first control circuit 2. The impedance element 23 sets the first control circuit 2 to a high impedance state later than the second control circuit 4 when the power generation device 5 generates power, and sets the first control circuit 2 to a low impedance state earlier than the second control circuit 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
