PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on/off-valve structure in which deformation caused by heat and pressure is suppressed, an opening/closing motion can be smoothly performed, and reliability can be secured.SOLUTION: A structure of a variable exhaust valve 123 which opens and closes an exhaust passage of an engine comprises: a valve main body 23 including a plurality of butterfly valves 23a, 23bc and 23d, and shaft parts 23x, 23y which interconnect the butterfly valves 23a, 23bc and 23d; a pair of bush members 25a, 25b which rotatably support the valve main body 23 at both ends of the valve main body 23 in an axial direction; and a shaft member 24 which penetrates the inside of one bush member 25a in the axial direction, protrudes by a prescribed length from the bush member 25a in the valve main body 23 at one end side, and is immovably connected to the valve main body 23 at the protruded portion in a rotation direction. The bush members 25a, 25b are partially fit to both the ends of the valve main body 23 in the axial direction, and protrude from both the ends of the main body 23 at remaining portions in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
