PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution feeding method and a device therefor where the leakage of a polymer solution and the generation of cavitation can be suppressed in a feed pump arranged at the downstream of a delivery pump, and a solution film production method.SOLUTION: A dope feed device 13 comprises: a tank 17; a feed-out pump 18; a pressure gauge 22; a feed pump 21; a control valve 23; and a controller 24, and feeds a dope 11 to a film production device 14. The dope 11 in the tank 17 is fed out by the feed-out pump 18. A part of the fed-out dope 11 is returned to the tank 17 by secondary piping L2. The dope 11 fed to a flow casting die 28 by the feed pump 21 is discharged from the flow casting die 28 to form a film 12. The primary side pressure of the feed pump 21 is controlled within a set range by the adjustment of the opening degree of the control valve 23 by the controller 24 on the basis of the detection result in the pressure gauge 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
