PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a pixel circuit and the like capable of improving detection accuracy of threshold voltage.SOLUTION: A pixel circuit 10 comprises a light emitter 11, a drive transistor (M3) for supplying current corresponding to applied voltage to the light emitter 11, a capacitor part 12 holding voltage including threshold voltage Vth and data voltage Vdata of the drive transistor (M3) and applying the voltage to the drive transistor (M3), and a switch part 13 for making the capacitor part 12 hold the voltage including threshold voltage Vth and data voltage Vdata.
