PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevated-shelf nutritious liquid cultivation system with solar panels having a large quantity of power generation while securing a light volume to crops.SOLUTION: An elevated-shelf nutritious liquid cultivation system 80 with solar panels, by providing a translucent region A for solar panels 50, can take a larger quantity of light into a frame part, and the light can be utilized for cultivation of crops P1,P2. Further, by employing double-sided light receiving solar cells 52 for the solar panels 50, and giving light reflectivity to float benches 34, weed-proof sheet 56, vertical frames 20b or the like, light with which the crops P1,P2 were not irradiated is reflected to a light-receiving region on a back side of the double-sided light receiving solar cells 52, and the light can be effectively utilized for power generation.
