PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system that can meet a request for simple installation at a low cost and greatly reduce power consumption of a radio slave unit and a radio master unit.SOLUTION: A radio communication system containing a slave unit and a master unit connected to the slave unit in a contactless style has a master unit radio communication portion for performing radio communication with the slave unit, a master unit power source portion for supplying power to each part of the slave unit, a master unit interrupt detection portion for detecting each kind of interrupt, and a master unit controller for controlling the whole master unit. The master unit interrupt detection portion supplies power from the master unit power source portion to each portion of the master unit when interrupt is detected, and the master unit controller controls to continuously transmit a capture signal through the master unit radio communication for a time longer than a predetermined interval to the slave unit which is on standby to receive the capture signal at a reception timing of the predetermined interval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
