PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that suppresses the generation of color points.SOLUTION: There is provided a single-layer electrophotographic photoreceptor that contains a binder resin represented by the general formula (1), at least one charge generating material selected from a hydroxygallium phthalocyanine pigment and a chlorogallium phthalocyanine pigment, a hole transport material represented by the general formula (2), and an electron transport material.
