The present disclosure relates to a multi-layered ceramic capacitor comprising: a ceramic body in which first to third dielectric layers are laminated in a widthwise direction; first and third internal electrodes which are disposed in the first dielectric layer and, a part of which is exposed to the upper face of the ceramic body; second and fourth internal electrodes which are disposed in the second dielectric layer and, a part of which is exposed to the lower face of the ceramic body; an internal resistance electrode which is disposed in the third dielectric layer and, a part of which is exposed to the upper face of the ceramic body; first and third external electrodes which are disposed on the upper face of the ceramic body and are connected to the first and third internal electrodes, respectively; and second and fourth external electrodes which are disposed on the lower face of the ceramic body and are connected to the second and fourth internal electrodes, respectively, wherein the first external electrode and the third external electrode are electrically connected through the internal resistance electrode. |
