Disclosed are a method and a system for enabling collaborators to effectively perform the collaboration, in an environment where spatial information such as building information modeling (BIM) is used, by using comments facilitating the conversation between the people involved in. According to an embodiment, the present invention comprises: a storing module for storing the information on at least one comment relating to a spatial information file corresponding to a targeted space; and a display module for displaying at least parts of the comments on the terminal of a user who intends to open the spatial information file. Each of the comments includes at least one among a receiver field for choosing a receiver or a comment field for choosing a referrer. The display module displays at least parts of the information on the comment information in which the user is designated as the receiver or referrer among all pieces of comment information on the user terminal, in the multilateral BIM-based collaboration support system.
