An improved plastic water repair clamp with service tap connector is disclosed which comprises a pair of clamp members, a boss disposed on one of the clamp members, the boss having an externally threaded end and axial bores with the intermediate bore adapted to fit therein an unthreaded service pipe, a rubber O-ring seated on the shoulder of the outer bore, a sleeve pusher telescopically received on the service pipe and fitted on the outer bore, characterized in that a pair of waffle-type sealing gaskets being provided within the entire clamping area of the clamp members, one of the clamp members being provided with an opening coincident with the bore on the boss whereby damage on the pipeline caused by circumferential breaks, longitudinal cracks, and corrosion holes contained within the clamping area could be effectively sealed. |
