PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing method for furnace top bricks in which safety in repairing operation may be ensured when furnace top bricks comprising flew holes are repaired.SOLUTION: The method comprises: a temporal lid arranging step in which a flew hole frame 5 comprising a pipe part 52 having a smaller outer diameter than a flew hole 3 arranged on furnace top of a coke oven and a flange part 54 having a larger outer diameter than the flew hole 3 arranged over periphery of the pipe part 52 is arranged on the flew hole 3 by inserting a part of the pipe part 52 of the flew hole frame 5 into the flew hole 3 and by engaging a flange part 54 of a flew hole frame on upper part on the side of furnace top of the flew hole 3 to arrange a flew hole temporal lid 6 on upper part of the flew hole frame 5 so that the flew hole 3 into which the flew hole frame 5 is inserted is covered: and a repairing step in which furnace top bricks comprising the flew hole 3 are repaired in under a state where the flew hole temporal lid 6 is arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
