PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, information display program, and information display method that are capable of improving usability.SOLUTION: An information processing device of an embodiment includes a movement operation detection unit and a first display position change unit. The movement operation detection unit detects a movement operation that requests movement of a text display region which is displayed on a display unit.
