PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a radio terminal device to measure data receiving speed obtained when the radio terminal device receives data from a radio base station device before the radio terminal device connects to the radio base station device.SOLUTION: A radio terminal device includes a first radio communication processing unit and a receiving speed measuring unit. The first radio communication processing unit receives and processes first data communicated between a first radio base station device included in a first radio communication system and another radio terminal device already-connected with the first radio base station device. The receiving speed measuring unit finds data receiving speed when the radio terminal device receives data transmitted by the first radio base station device in the case of the radio terminal device getting connected with the first radio base station device by using a reception result of second data transmitted from the first radio base station device to the other radio terminal device of the first data received and processed by the first radio communication processing unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
