PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device and an image display method capable of allowing an image displayed on a display device to be visible without reducing the operability of a user.SOLUTION: When a scroll amount of an image displayed in an image display region is specified according to an operation for allowing the image displayed in the image display region to be scrolled and the image displayed in the image display region according to the specified scroll amount is scrolled, the scroll amount is regulated so that the image displayed in the image display region is not out of the image display region under a condition that the image displayed in the image display region is scrolled in such a manner that the image displayed in the image display region is outside of the image display region, and a display form of at least a part of the peripheral region of the image display region is changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
