摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rotor capable of easily magnetizing a plurality of magnet materials which are assembled into a rotor core, through multiple times of partial magnetization while surely preventing the magnet materials from being magnetized oppositely to polarization in a final product.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the manufacturing method of the rotor including a magnetization step of magnetizing the plurality of magnet materials which are assembled into the rotor core. As a magnetization device, a coil group is included and in the coil group, a plurality of coils are provided side by side in such a manner that neighboring coils become inverse windings. The coil group includes sub coils in both ends and two or more main coils which are positioned between the sub coils. All the coil groups are connected in series. In the magnetization step, the plurality of magnet materials are magnetized by performing the multiple times of partial magnetization in which, among the plurality of magnet materials, a magnet material to which crosslinking magnetic fluxes are applied to both the neighboring mail coils is magnetized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
