PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system that can meet a request for simple installation at a low cost and greatly reduce the power consumption of a radio slave unit and a radio master unit.SOLUTION: In a radio communication system containing a slave unit and a master unit connected to the slave unit in a wireless style, the slave unit has a slave unit radio communication part for performing radio communication with the master unit, a slave unit power source part for supplying power to each portion of the slave unit, a slave unit interrupt detector for detecting each kind of interrupt, and a slave unit controller for controlling the whole slave unit. The slave unit interrupt detector supplies power from the slave unit power source part to each portion of the slave unit when detecting timer interrupt occurring at a predetermined interval, and the slave unit controller controls to perform initialization processing of the slave unit radio communication part when power is supplied from the slave unit power source part to each portion of the slave unit, and perform initialization processing of the whole slave unit when receiving a capture signal through the slave unit radio communication part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
