PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of attribute items of components usable in common by the development/designing sector and the procurement/manufacturing sector and requiring registration component by component to a number smaller than that in the case of setting the same attribute items for all the components.SOLUTION: An information receiver 41 accepts the choice of a composite component class matching a component to be newly registered from two-dimensionally set multiple composite component classes by combining two classes, including functional classes from a design viewpoint and production method/material classes from a procurement/manufacturing viewpoint. The information receiver 41 then accepts multiple items of attribute information set for the chosen composite component class and differing from one composite component class to another, common attribute information set in common for every component item irrespective of the composite component class and component information including component item numbers.
