PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech processing device, a speech processing method, and a program with which it is possible to appropriately evaluate what effect a sound will produce on human sensation.SOLUTION: The speech processing device according to an embodiment comprises an analysis unit, a feature value calculation unit, a comparison unit, and a sensation index calculation unit. The analysis unit performs a plurality of pseudo-frequency analyses using each of a plurality of different window functions on a subject sound to be processed. The feature value calculation unit calculates the feature value of the subject sound on the basis of the analysis result of the plurality of pseudo-frequency analyses. An evaluation calculation unit compares the feature value of the subject sound with a reference feature value calculated from a reference sound, and generates a comparison result. The sensation index calculation unit calculates a sensation index representing the sensation received from the subject sound on the basis of the comparison result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
