PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator having no detailed knowledge related to a currency processing device to efficiently perform maintenance work according to a type and situation of the device.SOLUTION: A currency processing machine 70, when a tablet terminal 30 is brought close thereto, automatically authenticates the tablet 30, and the authenticated tablet terminal 30 displays a support screen according to a type and situation of the currency processing machine 70 automatically acquired from the currency processing machine 70. Further, the tablet terminal 30 shares an image captured by a camera 36 of its own apparatus, with a help desk terminal 20 of a support center, and displays a content of an operation procedure received from the help desk terminal 20, on the screen, so that a part of the operation to the currency processing machine 70 can be performed by an operation onto the operation procedure displayed on the tablet terminal 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
