PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting member evaluation device capable of quantitatively evaluating a lighting member in a short time by a simple measurement without using a deflection spectral device (goniometer).SOLUTION: A lighting member evaluation device 100 of the present invention is a lighting member evaluation device for evaluating a lighting member that is formed of at least a light control member and a light transmissive member, is attached to a window part, and performs the lighting.
