Disclosed is a device to restart a high voltage inverter. The device of the present invention is capable of reducing time for restarting with a simple formation as the device does not need to wait for the speed of a rotor of a high voltage motor to be everlasting by restarting the motor by estimating the speed of the rotor when input power returns from an abnormal state to a normal state. The present invention includes a measuring part measuring input power of the motor.
