PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmitter capable of precisely transmitting a piece of information which is overlaid on a beam of light to a receiver.SOLUTION: The signal transmitter includes an irradiation part that irradiates an incident light, which includes a symbol as the incident light changed based on the signal to be transmitted, to an arbitrary object at a first strength.
