PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick inspection device and a stick inspection method which allow total inspection.SOLUTION: The stick inspection device includes: a pulling unit 110 which pulls a stick S having an opening formed thereon to fix the stick; a first inspection unit 120 disposed apart from the stick to inspect the stick; a light dispersion unit 130 which is disposed opposite to the first inspection unit with respect to the stick to reflect light emitted from the first inspection unit; a distance measurement unit 140 which is disposed opposite to the stick with respect to the light dispersion unit to measure, from the light dispersion unit, a third distance from a bottom of the stick to the light dispersion unit; and a control unit which calculates a distance difference between a second distance from a start point of a hump of the stick inspected by the first inspection unit to the light dispersion unit and the third distance to calculate a hump height and determines whether the stick is defective or not on the basis of the hump height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
