PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress voltage rising at a transistor terminal due to consecutive pulse signals to an external terminal, while improving discharge capability for an ESD surge applied at the external terminal, in an electrostatic protection circuit including a transistor.SOLUTION: An electrostatic protection circuit includes a first transistor connected at an external terminal, and a second transistor connected in series to the first transistor and to be off state always. The electrostatic protection circuit includes a third transistor connected between a power supply line and the gate of the first transistor, and includes a fourth transistor connected between the power supply line and the gate of the first transistor and connected in reverse direction to the third transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
