PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly perform work for mounting a tubular package member over a wire and winding a tape around the tubular outer package member.SOLUTION: A tubular outer package member mounting device 20 includes a tube outer packaging jig 60, a pull-out mechanism 80 for pulling a tubular outer package member and a wire out of the tube outer packaging jig 60, and a tape winding mechanism 30. The tube outer packaging jig 60 guides the tubular outer packaging member with which a slit is formed, to the wire while spreading the tubular outer packaging member with the slit so as to externally mounted tubular outer packaging member over the wire. In the state where one end portion of the tubular outer packaging member is externally mounted over the wire, the pull-out mechanism 80 pulls the tubular outer packaging member and the wire out of the tube outer packaging jig. The tape winding mechanism 30 is provided at a wire pull-out direction side relative to the tube outer packaging jig 60 and when pulling the tubular outer packaging member out of the tube outer packaging jig by the pull-out mechanism 80, an adhesive tape is wound around the tubular outer packaging member by rotating a tape winding body around the tubular outer packaging member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
