PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of sufficiently suppressing the condensation dew or steam caused by moisture vapor generated from a sheet by fixation processing.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 100 comprises: a fixation device 15 that heats and presses a sheet S to fix unfixed toner carried on the sheet S thereon; a sheet conveyance path 16 that guides the sheet S that has passed the fixation device 15; a conveyance guide member 44 that configures one of a pair of sheet conveyance surfaces 16a and 16b of the sheet conveyance path 16; a fan 51 that is disposed opposite to the sheet conveyance path 16 with the sheet conveyance surface 16b interposed therebetween and blows air to the sheet S passing the sheet conveyance path 16; and a control part 90 that controls an operation of the fan 51. On the sheet conveyance surface 16b, formed are a vent port 45 for allowing the air from the fan 51 to pass therethrough to the sheet conveyance path 16 and an air passing groove 46 that extends in a sheet width direction and allows the air that has passed the vent port 45 to pass through the inside thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
