PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle monitoring device capable of preventing a passenger from falling down in a car of public transport aimed at transporting a number of passengers.SOLUTION: A car control device 1 comprises: boarding condition grasp means 11 for grasping a passenger boarding condition; travel condition grasp means 12 for grasping a car travel condition; and notification means 13 for giving a notice about safety of the passengers on the basis of the boarding condition and the travel condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
