PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient technique for converting an image including a photographed area while exceeding a saturation dose into an image in which information included in the area can visually be read.SOLUTION: An image processor for performing image processing of a photographic image photographed by using a plurality of imaging elements includes decomposition means for decomposing the photographic image into a plurality of band-limited images which are limited to respectively different frequency bands, detection means for detecting pixels in which an incident dose to the imaging elements is equal to or more than a prescribed value as a saturation pixel about the photographic image, adjustment means for adjusting the contrast of a partial image composed of saturation pixels of a band-limited image, and reconfiguration means for using a plurality of band-limited images with contrast adjusted to reconfigure an image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
