PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fabricate a peeling start part after treatment related to an electronic device, and to make a glass film easily peeled off from support glass.SOLUTION: In a glass film laminate 1 which includes support glass 3 having a first principal surface 31 and a second principal surface 32, and a glass film 2 laminated on the second principal surface 32 of the support glass 3, the support glass 3 protrudes from the glass film 2, a thin wall part 33 is provided on the side of the first principal surface 31 of the support glass 3, and at least a part of the edge 21 of the glass film 2 is located on the thin wall part 33. After applying treatment related to an electronic device to the glass film 2 on the glass film laminate 1, a peeling start part of the glass film 2 is fabricated by pressing the thin wall part 33 from the side of the second principal surface 32 to the side of the first principal surface 31 so as to impart a bending stress to the thin wall part 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
