PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defogging agent and a detergent that persistently prevent the fog of a hard surface such as glass or plastic.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a defogging agent and a detergent comprising (A) fluorine-based ampholytic surfactant, (B) fluorine-based anion surfactant or fluorine-based cation surfactant, and (C) non-fluorine-based ampholytic surfactant.
