The present invention relates to a stripped-off-preventive foot cover including an ankle part formed to have a low height not to be seen when a user wears a shoe on the stripped-off-preventive foot cover. According to the present invention, an inner flexible band (78) and an outer flexible band (82) are formed in an ankle part of a foot cover (70), and the inner flexible band (78) and the outer flexible band (82) are connected through a decorative buffering connection part (80) produced through picot weaving and disposed therebetween. Due to flexibility of the decorative buffering connection part (80) and pressure applied to the ankle (100) respectively from the inner and outer flexible bands (78, 82) distributed at predetermined intervals with the ankle (100) therebetween, frictional force is increased, thereby preventing the foot cover (70) from slipping down or stripped off.
