PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection device which is advantageous to achieve a high MTF, high DQE, and high brightness.SOLUTION: A radiation detection device includes: a photoelectric conversion panel in which a photoelectric conversion element is two-dimensionally arranged; and a scintillator which converts radiation into light. The scintillator includes: a first scintillator layer; and a second scintillator layer which is arranged between the first scintillator layer and the photoelectric conversion panel. The first scintillator layer includes: a partition wall which partitions the incident region of the radiation into a plurality of divisions; and a converter which converts the radiation filled in the divisions into the light.
