PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately print/display referred slides when a document generated by a presentation application is printed/displayed, and a slide being printed/displayed refers to other slides.SOLUTION: A document output system which prints or displays a document including a plurality of slides generated by PowerPoint(R) performs: analyzing a file of the document, and when a certain character string specifying another slide is included in supplementary information within a note area of a slide to be output, identifying the other slide based on the certain character string; and when the slide to be output and the supplementary information corresponding to the slide to be output are collectively output, inserting the other slide into an output area of the supplementary information and outputting them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
