PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near infrared cut filter for solid-state image sensors, which offers superior heat resistance, spectral properties, and transparency in the visible ray region, by providing a near infrared reflection film formed by laminating dielectric layers on a transparent film substrate having a hard coat layer formed on each side thereof.SOLUTION: A near infrared cut filter has a near infrared reflection film formed on a transparent film substrate which comprises a film made of a fumaric acid diester resin and having a hard coat layer containing inorganic particles and organic constituent formed on each side thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
