PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically supply grease into a slider from the external and to perform maintenance of the automatic grease supply without removing a cover, in an uniaxial actuator in which a top face of the slider and a screw shaft is covered with the cover.SOLUTION: A lubricant supply port 21f is formed on a top face of a slider body 21. The slider body 21 has a lubricant supply passage 21d from the lubricant supply port 21f toward an end face at an end cap 22 side. An end opening 21g of the lubricant supply passage 21d is connected to a lubricant supply groove 22b of the end cap 22. A connection port 51a to which a lubricant supply pipe is connected, is formed on a side face of a bottom plate portion 51 of a spacer plate 5. The connection port 51a is exposed to the outside of the cover. A lower opening 51b connected with the lubricant supply port 21f is formed on a lower face of the bottom plate portion 51. The spacer plate 5 has a lubricant supply passage 51c from the connection port 51a toward the lower opening 51b. By fixing the spacer plate 5 to the slider body 21, the lubricant supply passage 51c and the lubricant supply port 21f are connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
